The most healthiest way to lose weight is to include protein into your diet. Eating at least 20-30 grams of protein per meal. Scheduling 5-6 meals throughout the day, about 3 hours apart. This will speed up your metabolism and start the “fat burning” process. A good weight training program, 3-5 days and cardio 2-4 days. When lifting weights, use a moderate weight that allows you to get 12-8 reps for 4 sets, resting about 1 min. You want to keep your heart rate up during weight training. When doing cario, use sprints. If on the treadmill, sprint for a minute and walk for a minute. If running outside, sprint for 30 seconds and walk for 30. Both of these for a total of 30 minutes, with a warm up and cool down for 2-3 minutes.
