Has anyone tried the fat loss 4 idiots diet and what are your thoughts/results?

I am a woman 51 yrs old. I have gained 20 lbs in a year. I lost 50lbs about 8 years ago. I have changed jobs and am sitting more than usual. My hormone levels are within normal range. Nothing I did before seems to help me now to lose weight. I had started my journey about 8 years ago at 182.5 lbs. I had hit 135-140lbs and then leveled off at 146lbs. And have been that way for several years. Now I am at 167lbs.
I was wondering if anyone tried this diet and what do you think. I seem to find a lot of good reviews.
Any help would be appreciated.
I failed to say, I excersize 3-4 days a week, sometimes more. I eat healthy and most people tell me I should be losing weight just by the way I eat. If I ate junk food and didn’t excersize I could see the problem. Right now I’m just not seeing it!

Well without reading the actual plan the sales pitch looks ok. Im going to give you a link to a free version of cheat your way thin. Once you get through the initial 2 week low carb phase its effective and pretty easy to stay with. I would highly suggest you exercise along with any good mealplan you try. I lost 15 lbs in 8 weeks on cheat your way thin. 2 lbs a week isnt too bad.

The nice thing about this mealplan is you can contiue it as long as you want to maintain your weight once you get where you want to be

Could be you arent eating enough. If you eat to little you will store fat, if you eat too much no matter how healthy it is you will store fat. Might be you arent exercising intensly enough either. If you ahve all that covered then you may have just plateaued and need to shake things up. Like I said, reading the sales pitch on the diet you referenced it looked ok. The link I gave you might save you some cash though. I know it works.
